1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the jiliwn platform available at jiliwn.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliwn Operations ("jiliwn," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close any active account.

jiliwn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via registered email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement

In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions, you must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the jiliwn Platform. This is a hard legal requirement — not a suggestion. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to applicable verification.

2.2 Geographic Restriction

The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jiliwn does not accept players from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or other territories where we do not hold a valid gaming license.

2.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ₱5,000, jiliwn may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide accurate verification documents may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jiliwn. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, exploit promotions, or avoid account limitations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jiliwn services, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

• You must use your real name as it appears on your government-issued ID — aliases, nicknames, and fictitious names are not permitted.
• Your registered email address must be a valid, active address that you control. jiliwn uses this address for account verification, security alerts, and important communications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. jiliwn recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.
• Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended without prior notice.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your jiliwn account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses associated with it.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiliwn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing times, and applicable fees are displayed at the cashier and may change from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your jiliwn account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected. jiliwn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network disruptions. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact jiliwn customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification and security review. jiliwn reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 30 days if fraud, money laundering, or account security concerns are identified. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bonus amounts, and transaction records are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion charges, if applicable when using international payment methods, are the player's responsibility.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jiliwn offers a variety of promotional bonuses, including welcome packages, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tailored for Filipino players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms displayed on the applicable promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 30x). You must complete the full wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7–30 days from the date of issuance). Unmet wagering requirements and unclaimed bonus funds automatically expire when the time limit is reached.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and specialty games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%). Check the specific promotion terms for game contribution breakdowns.
• One Bonus at a Time: jiliwn generally allows only one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: jiliwn employs automated and manual review systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing low-risk opposing bets, exploiting glitches, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk. Any such behavior will result in forfeiture of bonuses and any associated winnings.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jiliwn platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed from licensed studios, ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are independently audited by recognized testing laboratories.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during play, jiliwn's system logs serve as the definitive record of game outcomes. Bets placed during verified malfunctions may be voided, and wagers will be returned to the player's account. jiliwn is not liable for losses arising from hardware, software, or network failures on the player's side.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliwn Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in card games, poker rooms, or live dealer sessions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions using VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — these must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's security systems.
• Using a payment method belonging to another person without their explicit consent.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

jiliwn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, responsible gaming concerns, or account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonuses not yet converted to real money) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within standard processing timelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliwn Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jiliwn or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from jiliwn.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jiliwn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors, service interruptions, third-party payment provider failures, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

jiliwn's total aggregate liability to any player, for any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jiliwn collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jiliwn Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact jiliwn customer support and allow a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days for jiliwn to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation.
